FAQ'S

What am I to expect if this is my first dive into health and wellness?

Give yourself time and grace. This 3 A process (Awareness, Accountability and Action) will help you know which phase you are in as you continue to learn and lean into your health.

Phase 1 is AWARENESS, coming into the knowledge of things we didn't even know we were doing or contributing to the less than optimal health we have. Learn more about eating clean, what disrupts your hormones, tools for regulating stress and big emotions, and follow me online as I dive deeper into all of this with our practitioner.

Phase 2 is ACCOUNTABILITY. Learning to be personally accountable for our choices and also accountable to others (gym buddy, check in partner) helps us stay on a great path while learning new habits and routines.

Phase 3 is ACTION. None of this matters if we don't get into the actions needed to sustain lasting change. These are the small consistent daily wins that we build upon day to day, guiding us to our best selves! You can do this and you are never alone!

Do you take insurance, FSA or HSA?

Short answer no. What we do is not covered by your reactive based insurance programs. Our suggestions and tests are proactive and we prefer to work from that space. You are welcome to submit your receipts to HSA or FSA and what we do for your calls, coaching, support and supplements should all qualify but we do not submit anything for you?

Help me understand your pricing and what's included?

We package and simplify your services so you don't have to get unexpected invoices or wonder how much something will cost to contact us. Our bundled and discounted pricing includes the following:

  • The actual costs we need to pay the lab ($119 to $400).
  • Mobile phlebotomy fee ($45 to $65).
  • Interpretation of the lab results ($75).
  • Your consult fee with our Practitioners and Wellness Team ($150).
  • Completing your blood analysis reports, functional health reports and health improvement plans ($97 to $297).
  • Supplement Review $47.

Can I Get Blood Work Completed Anywhere?

Our blood testing services are offered in the US only, not including Alaska or Hawaii at this time, some states may require different lab partners. If you have blood work done locally and want us to review the results and still get all the other benefits of a Consultation, personalized health report and tailored supplement recommendation that is $297.

How will I know my health is improving?

Our bodies are complex and need support in a variety of ways, tracking your food and journaling daily will help notice changes in energy, mental clarity, and many other factors day to day.

Also you can get a blood re-test done. Most programs will last 60 to 120 days depending on deficiencies and your results, after that duration our practitioners recommend scheduling another blood test to review and compare how things have improved in your body. Use the same purchasing links and ask about our code for a small thank you and there is a bit less heavy lifting for the re-test so we are happy to pass on those savings.

When do I schedule my review?

Typically about one week after blood work is completed.

It is key that you ensure at least 1 week after your blood work is completed to allow practitioners time to review your results and complete your personalized reports and recommendations.

How Long Does It Take?

Blood work is completed in about 10 minutes and you are back into your day for our mobile phlebotomy in Utah, outside and at specific labs, wait times may vary but an average is about 20 minutes for your blood draw.

How do I know which date to select for bloodwork (WOMEN ONLY)?

To best determine most accurately where your hormone ranges are we strongly recommend if you still have a cycle you aim for day 21 for the blood test to be completed. If you are not tracking your cycle and need to start we suggest using this body temperature method with the Natural Cycles app.

If you are in Menopause, have had a hysterectomy, let us know that when you book your blood test in the appropriate areas and you can schedule your test any day of the month.

Your day 1 is the first day of your cycle.

How Old Do You Have To Be?

At least 16 years of age for us to complete the blood work on you, so if you are wanting to do this for your kids as well, we love that and work with many families, at this time the youngest we can order a blood test on through our lab partner is 16. Those under 18 years old will need a legal guardian to consent treatment. There is no maximum age for blood work.

Is It Safe For Pregnant/Nursing Women?

Yes. Please let us know as you place your order if you are pregnant/nursing or plan to become pregnant in the near future. Likely nothing will change in the recommendations as a result but with that knowledge our practitioners can also be watching for other details in the blood tests and specific supplement recommendations to be sure health is optimized for mom and baby!
